肺血流阻力
血液通过肺血管系统时所受到的阻力。正常情况下肺循环的阻力大部分在肺小动脉和肺毛细血管,肺静脉系统阻力极小。肺血流阻力计算公式:阻力(R)=肺循环驱动压为1.2kPa(9mmHg),血流量为5.4L/min,阻力为9/5.4=0.21kPa (1.6mmHg)/L/min。肺循环阻力约为体循环阻力的1/10。肺循环阻力增大可见于:低氧血症、二尖瓣狭窄、肺动脉管腔栓塞、血管病变等。
