ligation of common carotid artery
是颅内动脉瘤的间接手术治疗,目的在于降低脑动脉内的压力,减少血流对动脉瘤壁的冲击,防止动脉瘤的继续扩大与破裂,促使血栓形成而自愈。间接手术适用于海绵窦内动脉瘤、颅内颈内动脉主干上的动脉瘤,但对远离Willis动脉环的动脉瘤不适用。术前必须对患者能否耐受结扎作测定。颈总动脉结扎较简便安全,因有颈外动脉逆流血供,故颈内动脉远端的血压降低不明显,疗效不很理想。颈部动脉结扎分急性结扎与慢性结扎两种。
