胸导管
thoracic duct
又称“左淋巴导管”，系全身最长、最粗的淋巴导管。此导管长30～40cm，收集两下肢、盆腔、腹壁及其内脏、左肺、左半心、左半胸壁、左上肢、左半头部的淋巴。胸导管下端起于梭形膨大的乳糜池，上行经主动脉裂孔入胸腔，在裂孔处与膈的内侧脚相连，因此呼吸时膈角的收缩可促进淋巴的流动。胸导管在胸腔内位于后纵隔食管后面，胸主动脉和奇静脉之间，沿脊柱前面上升，到第4、5胸椎处移向左侧，越过主动脉弓后面向上，在第7颈椎处弯成凸侧向上的弓形，然后入左颈内静脉或左静脉角，其末端又有3个淋巴干注入。
