With the auto industry development and people\'s living standards improvement, vehicle safety performance has received special attention, the most important car safety tests—the quality of brake tester will also receive greatly attention, inertial brake test is the most authoritative quality of the test vehicle, which can simulate the real process of the actual braking.

The brake tester is a special mechanical equipment to synthetically mensurateand analyze the brake performance of rotational mechanical device.

According to braking characteristics of vehicle,the test system used specific conditioning circuits,data acquisition card,high configuration computer and brake test-bed as the test hardware,used LabVIEW to empolder test software as the core for data analysis,constructed test and analysis system of brake test-bed based on LabVIEW.

In this paper,the disc-brake working and testing principles are studied and the disc-brake test rig simulation system is developed.
