The mould is designed to take advantage of hot runner with the needle-valve type of pin-point gate, having no runner scraps.

Experimental results indicate that(1) the predicted rules accord well with the actual ones;(2) the welding strength improves with the delay time of opening the valve gate;and(3) if the downstream valve gate does not open until the melt from the upstream valve gate passes it,the weldline strength is almost equal to that of the part in the location without weld line.
实验表明:预测结果与实际结果吻合良好;制品的熔接强度随阀浇口延迟开启时间的增加而增大,当熔体前锋刚好到达下一个阀浇口时开启此阀浇口,此时熔接强度基本达到了制品没有熔接线处的强度。
