性质:又称重组修复。指DNA分子受损伤后,损伤部分的先复制后修复。例如含有嘧啶二聚体或其他结构损伤的DNA可先进行复制,但是子代DNA链在损伤的对应部位出现缺口。该缺口可通过分子间重组,从完整的母链上将相应的碱基顺序片段移至子链缺口处,然后用完整的子链作模板来补上母链的空缺,此过程即是重组修复。
