To observe the effects of exogenous leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF), ciliary neurotrophic factor(CNTF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) on the expression of CGRP in oculomotor nucleus (ONu), the cats with oculomotor nerve (ONe) transected and sutured into with silicon tubes were used.
为观察外源性白血病抑制因子(LIF)、睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对动眼神经(ONe)切断后猫动眼神经核(ONu)降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响,本研究采用猫ONe切断后硅胶管套接模型,向再生室内分别给予LIF、CNTF、BDNF、BDNF+LIF、BDNF+CNTF和生理盐水(NS),存活12周后用免疫组织化学方法检测各组动物ONu内CGRP的表达变化。

oculomotor nerve
即第3对脑神经，为运动性脑神经，含有躯体运动和内脏运动两种纤维。动眼神经核位于中脑中丘水平，大脑导水管腹侧，发出纤维组成动眼神经。自脚间窝出脑，紧贴小脑幕及后床突侧方前行进入海绵窦侧壁上部，最后经眶上裂入眶，立即分为上、下两支。上支支配上直肌和上睑提肌；下支支配下直肌、内直肌和下斜肌。由下斜肌发出睫状神经节支进入睫状神经节，节后纤维支配瞳孔括约肌和睫状肌。
