To observe the effects of exogenous leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF), ciliary neurotrophic factor(CNTF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) on the expression of CGRP in oculomotor nucleus (ONu), the cats with oculomotor nerve (ONe) transected and sutured into with silicon tubes were used.
为观察外源性白血病抑制因子(LIF)、睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对动眼神经(ONe)切断后猫动眼神经核(ONu)降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响,本研究采用猫ONe切断后硅胶管套接模型,向再生室内分别给予LIF、CNTF、BDNF、BDNF+LIF、BDNF+CNTF和生理盐水(NS),存活12周后用免疫组织化学方法检测各组动物ONu内CGRP的表达变化。
