吻合血管的下腹部皮瓣移植术
microvascular hypogastric flap transfer
一种以腹壁浅血管为蒂的两侧下腹部皮瓣移植手术。最早报道是杨东岳(1973年)为面部患乳头状癌的患者切除癌肿后成功修复创面。此皮瓣的皮下脂肪较厚，比较臃肿，血管异常较多，且口径只有1mm左右，故近年比较少用。
