肠腔静脉吻合术
mesocaval anastomosis
即肠系膜上静脉、下腔静脉分流术。手术方式有：①将下腔静脉切断，以其近心端与肠系膜上静脉侧壁吻合；②在肠系膜上静脉和下腔静脉之间，移植自体静脉行“H”形吻合；③切断肠系膜上静脉，用远心端与下腔静脉的侧壁吻合；④下腔静脉与肠系膜上静脉侧-侧吻合。适用于已行单纯脾切除、脾肾分流术或门腔分流术后又复发出血者；或单纯脾切除术后又复发出血，施行脾肾或门腔分流有困难者。降压效果介于脾肾和门腔分流术之间。第1种方式现已很少采用。
