补充资料:香蕉核桃碎
1、先将核桃仁压碎待用。我是用蒜臼捣的,切忌别太用力,否则会捣成核桃泥。也可以用刀压,我嫌麻烦,所以没用。
2、将一只鸡蛋充分打成蛋液,面包糠放在一只盘子里待用。
3、将整支香蕉切成3-4段,视香蕉大小而定,大约3-4支香蕉即成一整盘。
4、取小碗将淀粉和面粉混合在一起,放入切好的香蕉段,使每一段都上粉均匀。
5、开始煎了,记得要用中火(火太大面包糠的颜色就太深了,火太小香蕉里面的水会渗出,就不脆了)。先将香蕉段在蛋液中滚一下,再滚上面包糠,即可入锅。逐段将香蕉放入,记得要翻一下,因我放的油少。
6、面包糠变成金黄色了,就可以出锅了,撒上核桃碎,开吃吧!(喜欢的话可以再淋入少许蜂蜜!)
