第一类超导体在退磁因子D≠0和磁场在中间态区域(1-D)Hc<H<Hc时,大样品超导体可处于正常相区和超导相区共存的中间态。朗道于1937年在正界面能条件下首先提出了正常相层(N)和超导相层(S)交替共存的分层结构模型,也称非分支模型,并为了适应N-S交界处H=Hc,于1943年又提出了分支模型。磁场穿透处(N)用磁力线条描示,S层区无磁场为空白。在中间态区域随着H的增大N层区也各自增大,而S层区则减小,到达H=Hc时,整个样品开始转入正常态。
