做法:1、青椒切去上端,挖去籽,里面撒上生粉待用。2、肥肉剁成泥,放入冷冻箱,冻20分钟(不能冻太硬)。3、虾仁剁成泥,放入冻肥肉,加蛋清、生粉、腌料,向一个方向搅拌,使其有弹性,再镶入青椒内。4、镶好的青椒排入盘内,盖好保鲜膜,刺小孔出气,微波高火5分钟,取出上面撒红椒。5、取一碗,倒入高汤,生抽,糖,微波高火2分钟,煮开取出倒入水生粉,勾芡,淋于青椒上,即可。
