原料配方 苹果半个 胡萝卜丁6克 芦荟5克 蜂蜜15毫升 冰水125毫升 冰块2～3块。
制作方法
1.将芦荟洗净，去刺，切碎。
2.苹果去核，切成黄豆大小的块。
3.分别将胡萝卜、苹果、芦荟放入两层纱布中，用硬的器物压榨，挤出汁。注入同一只玻璃杯内；加蜂蜜调匀，再兑入冰水稀释。或使用家用组织捣碎机，将芦荟、胡萝卜丁、苹果和冰水放入组织捣碎机内，捣碎出汁。再用纱布过滤，注入玻璃杯中，加进蜂蜜搅匀即成。饮用前，若能加2～3块冰块，味道则更清凉可口。
产品疗效 芦荟所含液汁可以入药，有催泻、健胃、通经等作用。适量的饮用芦荟汁，能减轻腹部的负担，解除便秘的困扰。
