原料：芦荟150克、柠檬1个、麻油、醋少许、冰块数块。
制作过程：1.芦荟去皮，切成长条状，切4片柠檬薄片，剩下的待用。用开水氽一氽，再捞出来放在冰水泡一泡，芦荟表面的黏液就去掉了。把芦荟肉在热水中焯2至3分钟。
2.柠檬片码放在玻璃碗的四边，在碗中加入数块冰块，把焯熟的芦荟肉用凉水冲一下再盛在冰块上。
3.把剩下的柠檬的汁液挤出来淋在芦荟肉上，把调好的少许麻油和醋淋在上面。
口味特点：清凉爽口，芦荟的嫩滑与柠檬汁的清香相得益彰，是夏天的饮食佳品
