主 料: 马铃薯200克,鸡肉100克,虾肉150克,北菇100克,洋葱100克,脆炸粉300克,油适量。
配 料: 生粉1茶匙,糖1茶匙,盐1茶匙。
做 法: 1、马铃薯切丝,出水备用,并用水将北菇浸软。2、鸡肉、虾肉、北菇、洋葱切成细粒,加入适量调味料,搅至起胶,再分成若干小份。3、将已出水的马铃薯丝与脆炸粉搅匀,搓成饼皮,放入(2)材料,用油半煎至金黄色便可。
