原料:金针菇、香菇、芹菜、红萝卜半个、红辣椒2个、仔姜

做法:

1.金针菇切指头长短的段,香菇切丝,芹菜也切段,半个红萝卜切细丝,两个红辣椒切细丝,仔姜切细丝

2.然后油锅烧热,先下姜丝、辣椒丝爆炒,淋一点老酒

3.放入红萝卜丝、香菇丝、芹菜段下去炒熟

4.放入金针菇炒,加一点陴县豆瓣酱,一点镇江香醋,一点糖翻炒片刻,就可以出锅了,软,脆,滑,香、咸、辣、甜各有天下。
