原料: 原 料:
金针菇100克,白菜心150克,净冬笋50克,素虾仁25克,素鲜汤100克,植物油、葱花、精盐各适量。
制法: (1)金针菇去根洗净,沥干水,切成3厘米的段。洗净白菜心,切成3厘米的段。冬笋洗净后切成薄片。(2)炒锅上旺火,放油烧至七成热,下葱花、素虾仁稍煸,投入金针菇段、冬笋片翻炒片刻,下白菜心段炒透,加入素鲜汤、精盐烧入味,出锅装盘即成。
特点: 清淡味美,补脾开胃。
