[原料调料] 净咸猪肉(腿肉)200克，羊尾笋100克，鲍贝150克，姜2块，葱结1个，黄酒50克。
[操作程序]
1．净咸肉焯水后洗净，放入水锅用小火煮20分钟左右，取出切成长条。
2．羊尾笋用水浸泡除去咸味，撕成粗丝状。
3．汽锅内先放笋丝，再放鲍贝、咸肉，加水、黄酒、葱、姜，蒸煮至汤浓肉酥即可。
[特色点评] 鲍贝是海八珍之一，味鲜、营养丰富，与笋、肉同烹，汤宽汁浓，入口肥厚、滑嫩。
