性质:又称槐根碱,苦参烯碱等。白色针状结晶(水中析出)。其一水合物熔点54~55℃。其无水物熔点81~82℃。旋光度[α]D18-29.44°(乙醇)。易溶于稀酸,溶于水、甲醇、氯仿、丙酮和苯等,微溶于石油醚。植物来源有豆科植物苦豆草(Sophora alopecuroides L.)地上部,苦参(S. flavescens Ait.)根和甘肃槐树(S. Pachwarpa C. A. Mey.)的种子等。也可通过化学合成和生物合成获得。具有平喘降压、抗心律失常、抗癌、抗溃疡、中枢抑制以及镇痛、抗炎、止泻等药理活性。临床用于治疗子宫颈癌、恶性葡萄胎和气管炎,其氢溴酸盐还用于小儿支气管哮喘及喘息型支气管炎的治疗。
