调息 气功术语。又称调气。谓调匀呼吸归于自然，以助入静。是气功入手功夫调身、调息、调心的三调之一。《玄肤论》：“调息者，自然依息之谓，非逐于息之谓。”具体方法，则气由鼻出入时，要唯细唯长，绵绵不断，渐至于弱，谓之“调息。”
