【来源】
为兰科植物大花杓兰的根、根茎及花。
【植物形态】
大花杓兰 多年生草本。根茎横生，并有鳞芽，着生多数褐色须根。茎直立，高30、50厘米，全株密生白色柔毛。叶互生，卵状椭圆形，长8～16厘米，折迭状，先端尖，基部抱茎，全缘。花单1或2朵着生在茎顶，大形紫色；花被片分内外两轮；外轮披针形，基部连合，先端尖或成二裂；内轮中央的唇瓣成扁球形囊状，口小而有细齿，表面有沟；雄蕊6枚，仅2枚发育；子房下位。蒴果椭圆形。花期5～6月。果熟期9月。 喜生于高寒湿润而肥沃的酸性土森林中。分布东北、华北、西北至西南一带。 同属植物大叶杓兰的根及根茎亦同等入药。
【采集】
秋季采挖根及根茎，洗净、晒干。
【性味】
苦辛，温，有小毒。
【功用主治】
利尿消肿，活血祛瘀，祛风湿，镇痛。治全身浮肿，下肢水肿，白带，淋症，风湿疼痛，跌打损伤，劳伤。花：阴干，研粉，用于止血。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～3钱；或浸酒。
