目(目巟)(目巟) 目(目巟)(目巟) 证名。出《素问·藏气法时论》等篇。《太平圣惠方》卷三十三:“视物昏暗,故谓之(目巟)(目巟)也。”《素问·藏气法时论》:“肝病者,……虚则目(目巟)(目巟)如无所见,耳无所闻,善恐,如人将捕之。”又《灵枢·经脉》:“肾足少阴之脉,……是动则病坐而欲起,目(目巟)(目巟)如无所见。”说明肝肾受病均能引起视力减退,目视(目巟)(目巟)。治宜补肝明目,滋补肝肾。方用青羊肝散、一贯煎加减。参见目昏条。
