The investigation of English majors in three institutions of higher education in Jiangxi province reveals that there are significant differences in self-efficacy between grades and between academic directions,though there are no obvious differences between sexes and between education levels.

Re-examining teacher\'s job under the background of teacher\'s professionalization,it is obliged to restore teacher\'s nature of "human being",and realize the Generativitt of teacher\'s professional development,for the purpose of realizing a harmonious relation between the real and spiritual world in the process of teacher\'s professional development through teacher\'s professional state.
