《跟单票据争议专家解决规则》（ICCRulesforDocumentaryInstrumentsDisputeResolutionExpertise，DOCDEXICCPublicationNo.811）是由国际商会的银行技术与实务委员（ICCCommissiononBankingTechniqueandPractice，简称“银行委员会”）制定并于1997年10月公布实施的，2002年3月修订。解决由于适用“跟单信用证统一惯例”（UniformCustomsandPracticeforDocumentaryCredits，UCP）和“跟单信用证项下银行间偿付统一规则”（UniformRulesforBank-to-BankReimbursementsunderDocumentaryCredits，URR）而引发的争议。为适应新的形势要求，银行委员会于2002年3月修订时,将DOCDEX的适用范围扩展到其它的国际商会规则，包括《托收统一规则》和《见索即付保函统一规则》，以使更多的用户可从中获益，因而相应地将DOCDEX的名称也由原来的《跟单信用证纠纷专家解决规则》（DocumentaryCreditsDisputeResolutionExpertise，ICCPublicationNo.577）调整为《跟单票据纠纷专家解决规则》。
