With the wear rig as the testing equipment,under the dry friction condition and with pin-on-disc sliding wear as research object,the variation of material wear mass with load and rotating speed is obtained in the rotating friction.

The establishing methods of physical model and mathematic model of the contact characteristics of surface asperity for pin-on-disc sliding wear were designed,and the testing simulation model of pin-on-disc sliding wear was deduced from the wear debris produced by the asperity contact.
