It is suggested that in our criminal sentences some new kinds like sentence of exemption from prosecution and sentence of rejecting a complaint and sentence of jurisdicti.
立法上应增加免诉判决、驳回起诉的判决和管辖错误的判决,以使刑事诉讼法和最高人民法院司法解释中的“终止审理”的含义具体化、明确化。
