【存款利息核算】银行对各类存款利息按照规定和程序进行计算、记账和支付的业务过程。存款利息的计算是根据规定的计息范围、存款的期限、性质以及相应的利率档次来确定其利息额。利息计算的基本公式为:存款利息=存款本金x利率x期限。实际操作中确定利息额是根据各存款科目结计出计算积数，并按期累计，到结息日或利息支付日按累计的总积数计算利息。存款利息的账务处理按照有关的会计制度操作规程进行。其基本业务过程是，根据存款利息积数，编制计息明细表的汇总表，编制转账借方凭证编制打印计息贷方凭证。将存款利息贷记存款人的存款账户或支付给其现金的过程，就是存款利息支付的过程。
