用SEM观察分析了在各种模拟实验条件下铜导线及其熔珠熔痕的几种显微组织结构特征,结果表明:单股粗铜导线的火烧、二次短路熔珠熔痕与一次短路、过负荷、接触不良造成的熔珠熔痕其显微结构有明显不同,可为火灾原因的鉴定提供参考依据。

罐罐鸡起源于清代末年,因用笔筒形瓦罐盛鸡蒸制而得名。罐罐鸡的选料、用料、制作工艺很讲究,风味别具一格,颇受四方宾客的赞扬。成为遵义地区的名菜肴,也是宴请客人席中常用的座汤菜。

罐罐鸡可根据招待不同对象,配以不同的原料。一般只需在砍匀的鸡块中,配入水发墨鱼、拍松的姜块、白胡椒、葱节及食盐少许,然后装入罐内,上笼用猛火蒸几小时即可。若高级筵席用,还需加鱿鱼、莲米,名贵药材“三七”、“天麻”等,不仅鸡肉嫩,汤清味鲜,营养丰富,还有祛瘀血、止痛、治头晕病等功能,是高级的滋补品。

在席上,每人一份,吃法讲究,很卫生。如用来作小吃的配汤,则又是一番风味。
