electron beam induced current method
电子束诱导电流eleetron beam induced eurrentmethod高能电子束照射到有势垒的半导体上所产生的电流。电子束诱导电流的形成过程是:当高能电子束与半导体相互作用时，由于碰撞电离，在轰击区会产生大量的电子一空穴对;在势垒区两边一个扩散长度内的电子或空穴就能扩散到势垒区而被势垒电场所分开，在外电路上输出一个比电子束流大得多的诱导电流。电子束诱导电流图象是扫描电子显微镜的一个重要工作模式，它的主要应用有:①PN结性能的研究与鉴定;②半导体中的原生缺陷与二次缺陷的观察与研究;③半导体器件与集成电路的失效分析;④微区域半导体材料特性参数，如扩散长度、少子寿命以及深能级等的测量与分析。(李成基)
