An introduction of a son of new style slide rails design for continuous rolling mill reheating furnace.

The ablation and erosion of high temperature(2 000~3 000 ℃)and ultrahigh speed (>5Ma)twophase exhaust on the slide track surface of a missile launcher, together with the corrosive action of the ablation residue on the slide track surface in humid and salt mist environment, account for the breakdown and decreased service life of the launcher.

Three dimensional finite element numerical simulation of temperature and stress in modest hot slide;

The temperature,strain and stress fields in modest hot slide were numerically simulated using sequentially coupled 3-dimensional heat transfer and stress equations and finite element method.

The structures of the straight core-pulling mechanism such as guide strip slide structure,guide rod sliding plate structure,guide strip structure and sleeve structure are introduced and their characterˉistics are stated.
