性质：针状阀心的一种阀门。用于小直径管路流量的精确调节。针形的锥度愈小，调节精度愈高。也作为压力表，气动调节器等的部件以及作为节流阀用。通常要求采用不锈钢材质，内漏及外漏速率均有严格要求，材质与气体接触的表面要经过特殊处理，以确保气体通过时无粒子脱落且不吸附气体；它具有针形的阀瓣和阀座。其调节精度主要决定于通径和阀针锥度的大小。国外已实现气体1ml/h的精确控制。工作压力可高达35MPa，适用温度-60～232℃。
