【扣押】对不履行合约不偿还的债务人,根据债权人的申诉,法院可以对债务人的“财产权”执行扣押管理。扣压的“财产权”包括不动产,有形的动产(家具、商品、机械等)、存款、工资收人等。法院在执行扣押时,要发布“扣押命令”(Olde:Of Atta chment)。 发出扣押命令后,债务人便不能任意处理自己的财产。债权人可向法院申请发给转让命令,或通过拍卖等方法进行强制变价(Com-州sory Conversion into Money)来抵偿自己的债权。
