【土地占有权】土地占有者依法享受与占有土地有关的权力和利益。前苏联19卯年公布的《苏联和各加盟共和国土地基本法》规定，土地占有权包括:1.独立经营土地的权利;2.对所生产的农产品及其销售收人拥有所有权;3.为了经营的需要在规定的程序内利用所提供地块上原有的、常见的、有用的矿藏、泥炭、林地、水体以及土地的其他有用特性;4.建造居住、生产、文化生活及其他建筑物和构筑物;5.对农作物、果树、林木拥有所有权;6.在被收回土地或自愿放弃土地时，应获得为提高地力所支付的全部赔偿费;7.在依法规定的情况和程序内，可将地块的全部或部分转让为临时使用。土地占有者的权益应给予保护，在土地占有不违反法律的情况下、禁止国家绎济、行政或其他机关、组织干涉土地古有者的活动。土地占有权由土地所有人行使，也可根据法律、行政命令或依土地所有人之意志由他人行使。土地由非所有者占有中的合法占有，是指符合有关法规的规定，并通过签订契约等形式经土地所有者认可。
