材料：金菇150克，西芹丝少许，冬菇3只，豆腐干2块，红萝卜丝少许，姜米少许
调味料：生抽1茶匙，糖1/3茶匙，麻油少许，生粉、清水适量
做法：
1.金菇去根部分开冲净，冬菇浸软，去蒂切丝，豆腐干冲净切丝。
2.烧红锅，下油，爆香姜米，下冬菇丝、红萝卜丝、西芹丝及豆腐干，兜炒加入少许清水略煮，再下金菇兜匀，再下调味料，兜匀便可上碟。
