油煎包,是单县名吃之一,数县城刘隅首骆家的最好。它分荤素两种。荤馅包以羊肉泥为主馅,配以各种辅料,包成月牙形。素馅包用韭菜、鸡蛋、豆腐片调馅,包成椭圆形。荤素两种包子,都是用发酵的面做皮。包好馅后,摆在平底锅内,浇上水糊,用火烧开熬干后,加上香油煎成,外表油光发亮,入口焦香酥软。
