  接触(c。ntact)个人或团体之间初步发生的交往行为。接触不仅是信息交换过程,还是人际关系建立的手段。接触分直接接触和间接接触。直接接触是人们进行面对面的接触,是人际交往的开端,多在直接群体中进行,如家庭、车间、班级等发生的接触。人们之间的好感、友谊、爱情、合作等关系多是从直接接触开始的。当然直接接触也可能导致反感、拥挤和争吵。间接接触是借助各种工具和技术手段进行的交往,如以文字、书报、互联网、电讯、电影、电视为媒介所发生的接触。这种接触虽有其长处,但也有局限性,心理障碍较大,易有隔阂感。无论哪种接触都是人与人之间进行心理交换的过程,都会对人的态度与行为发生影响。 (孙俊山撰张觉审)
