dominant dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa
又名“增生性大疱性表皮松解症”。婴儿早期或儿童发病、四肢较多，因创伤最多之故。损害常为血疱，缓慢痊愈，愈后留下萎缩性的薄疤或肥厚性的瘢痕疙瘩，手部偶有毁损性的瘢痕发生。在所有部位表皮囊肿和粟丘疹是常见的。
