| 光敏性皮肤病 photosensitive skin diseases 皮肤对光线敏感引起的皮肤病。皮肤上有光敏物质并受日光照射即可发生。主要有2种：①光敏性皮炎。分为光毒性皮炎和光变应性皮炎。前者与日晒伤相似；后者为过敏反应，只在接触或内部服用或注入过敏物质再加日晒后引起，与皮炎、湿疹相似，在暴露部或非暴露部均可发生。②植物日光性皮炎。服用或接触某种植物，如灰菜，再加日晒即可引起皮炎。现已少见。处理与皮炎、湿疹相同。 |
