inguinal area
为下腹部两侧的三角形区域。其内侧界为腹直肌外缘，上界为髂前上棘至腹直肌外缘的水平线，下界为腹股沟韧带。该区由浅及深分为7层：皮肤、皮下组织、浅筋膜(scarpa筋膜)、肌肉层(腹外斜肌、腹内斜肌、腹横肌)、腹横筋膜、腹膜外脂肪和腹膜。该区为腹壁薄弱区。临床上，斜疝、直疝即发生于此区。
