肿瘤细胞分化


  肿瘤的基本特征之一是细胞异常分化。在日常的临床病理诊断中,根据形态学观察肿瘤细胞分化程度是十分重要的。肿瘤细胞分化良好,表示其与相应的正常组织越近似。分化不良,表示不仅成熟程度低,而且偏离常态。反映在形态上与相应的起源组织差异越大,其生长潜能越强,肿瘤恶性程度越高。因此,肿瘤细胞的分化程度,可反映肿瘤的良恶性程度,两者大致呈负相关。一般来说:良性肿瘤分化程度甚高,细胞形态非常相似于起源细胞,有时瘤细胞与正常细胞无法区别。随着恶性程度增加,分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级。Ⅰ级癌细胞分化好,Ⅱ级为中度分化,Ⅲ级分化差。
