BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP), a rare tumor, often appears in the head and neck region.
背景与目的:髓外浆细胞瘤(extramedullary plasmacytoma,EMP)为一种罕见肿瘤,主要发生在头颈部,约80%的EMP发生于上呼吸道及上消化道。

睾丸支持细胞-间质细胞瘤
又称“男性母细胞瘤”、“睾丸腺瘤”。由幼稚睾丸基质所发生的肿瘤。小儿有性早熟现象，肿大的睾丸有肿块。尿17-酮类固醇、促性腺激素及雌激素皆正常，但孕二醇及促黄体激素增高。肿瘤限于睾丸内，瘤质均匀，黄色。瘤细胞大小不等，呈圆形或不规则，排列成片状、索状或乳头状。手术治疗，预后良好。
