| 肝片吸虫病 fascioliasis hepatica 由肝片吸虫寄生于动物肝胆管内引起的寄生虫病。主要为牛、羊等家畜感染，偶可感染人类，表现发热、肝区疼痛、肝脏肿大并有压痛、末梢血液酸性粒细胞明显增多等临床征象。中间宿主为椎实螺，尾蚴在水草或水生植物上形成囊蚴，人们在口含或进食这些植物时受感染。皮试与血清免疫学反应对早期诊断有一定价值，后期患者粪便及胆汁中可找到虫卵。硫双二氯酚治疗有效。 |
