并殖吸虫病 paragonimiasis 由寄生于人体内各脏器(以肺部为主)的并殖吸虫引起的慢性寄生虫病。又称肺吸虫病。并殖吸虫需两个中间宿主即川卷螺或拟钉螺及石蟹或喇蛄。虫卵在水中孵出毛蚴,钻入螺体内发育为许多尾蚴,当螺为石蟹或喇蛄吞食后,尾蚴即在其体内发育为囊蚴。当人吃进这些带囊蚴的蟹肉或喇蛄肉后,即可感染本病。猫、犬等动物是重要的贮存宿主。本病有两种主要临床类型:①卫氏型并殖吸虫病。由卫氏并殖吸虫等引起。以咳嗽、胸痛、咳果酱样痰等呼吸系统症状为特征,痰中常可找到虫卵。②四川型并殖吸虫病。由四川并 殖吸虫等引起。以皮下游走性包块 、胸腔积液、心包积液、蛛网膜下腔出血及末梢血液酸性粒细胞明显增多为特征。由于虫体在人体内不能成熟,故痰中无虫卵。诊断主要依据血清免疫学反应。治疗以吡喹酮或硫双二氯酚为首选药物。 |
