肾性高血压
renal Hypertension

由肾脏疾病引起的高血压。是症状性高血压中最常见的一类。引起高血压的肾脏疾病繁多,大致可分为肾实质性病变、肾血管疾病和肾周围病变三大类。肾性高血压的发病机制除肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的作用外,尚与正常肾组织具有的抗高血压物质减少有关。治疗应针对原发病,或用降压药物。
