To observe the effect of Lianhuang Turbid Clearance Granules(LHTCG) in treating Renal Damage due to Primary Hypertension (Renal Failure Stage)(RDHRFS) and explore its potential mechanism.
目的:探讨高血压性肾损害(肾功能衰竭期)的中医临床特点,为临床治疗提供参考依据;观察连黄降浊颗粒治疗高血压性肾损害(肾功能衰竭期)的临床疗效和连黄降浊颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肾脏功能和结构的保护作用,并探讨其作用机理。
