黑芝麻粉500克,板油丁750克,白糖,l000克水磨粉,l000克。
制作过程
①将白糖、芝麻粉与板油丁拌匀揉透,再搓成,l0克左右的小圆子,既成馅。
②将水磨粉加水揉透摘成小粉团,搓圆捏成锅子形,包入馅心,捏拢收成生坯。
③将生坯放入沸水锅内煮熟,配以各色水果食用。
