x 10门wei zUzhi纤维组织(fibre strueture)金属塑性变形时，随着工件外形的变化，其内部晶粒及晶间夹杂物沿着最大主变形的方向被拉长、拉细、压扁而形成的组织。坯料经受的向同一方向发展的总变形量越大，变形又在两向缩短一向伸长的条件下进行时，形成的纤维组织也越明显。在晶粒和晶间夹杂物被拉长的同时，金属中的第二相也沿延伸方向被拉长或拉碎呈链状排列，如图所示。 霎奎霎 冷轧时低碳钢的纤维组织 具有纤维组织金属的力学性能，横向(垂直于延伸方向)的低于纵向(延伸方向)的。由晶粒形状变化所形成的纤维通过再结晶退火可以消除，而由夹杂物形成的则仍能保留。
