There is an antagonism between gender and female vocational college students appear inferiority as well as some relevance between vocation selection and affection for vocation.
采用自编的《高职生职业性别评价调查问卷》对327高职生进行调查,结果表明:高职生普遍存在职业性别刻板印象,不同专业、年级和性别的高职生表现出高度的一致性,职业的性别选择具有二元对立性,高职女生职业性别刻板印象中凸显自卑心理,高职生对职业的性别选择和职业情感偏好之间高度相关。
