视觉显示器(visua一display)人机系统中利用人的视觉通道向人传递信息的装置。按其所显示信息的特点可分为动态显示器和静态显示器，定性显示器和定量显示器:按其功用可分为读数显示器、核查显示器、警戒显示器、追踪用显示器和调节用显示器等。设计时应醒目、清晰、易懂。其设计原则是:(l)准确性原则，即要求显示器的设计尽量使读数准确，误读率最小。(2)简单性原则，即根据显示器的不同使用目的，设计得越简单越好。(3)一致性原则，即要求所设计的显示器各部分的运动方向相一致。(4)排列性原则，即各种显示器的装配位置必须尽可能安排在人的视觉效率最优和最能引起人注意的地方。 (刘晓明撰杨宗义审)
